Packsize provides automated packaging solutions. The simplest workflows will cut cardboard to specified sizes, and their most complex machines support automated boxing and labelling of items placed on an induction belt.
This Connector provides carton creating instructions to the Packsize machines using the PackNet API. These instructions would typically originate from a WMS. The Connector will provide status update for package creation completed. It also supports an optional workflow configuration where an external signal triggers the execution of carton creation. This trigger could come from a barcode scanner or a picking technology such as a AMR picking fulfillment platform. This is a Certified SOFTBOT Connector that has been developed and is maintained by SVT Robotics in partnership with the OEM.
